Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Wanderspy's website or booking any of our travel services.
By accessing or using the Wanderspy website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Wanderspy provides personalized travel planning and consultation services. We act as a travel advisor and booking facilitator. Our services include itinerary design, accommodation and flight booking, activity recommendations, and ongoing trip support. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.).
A deposit is required to confirm your trip. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be outlined in your personalized trip proposal. All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. Full payment is typically due 60–90 days prior to departure. For last-minute bookings, full payment may be required at the time of confirmation. Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed and deposit received.
Cancellation policies vary by supplier and are outlined in your booking confirmation. Generally: • Cancellations 90+ days before departure: deposit may be forfeited • Cancellations 30–89 days before departure: 50% of total trip cost may be forfeited • Cancellations less than 30 days before departure: 100% of total trip cost may be forfeited We strongly recommend purchasing travel protection to cover unexpected cancellations.
We understand plans change. Amendment requests should be submitted in writing as early as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, amendments may incur additional costs depending on supplier policies and availability.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have valid travel documents (passport, visa, etc.) required for your destinations. Wanderspy is not liable for any costs, losses, or delays resulting from inadequate documentation. We recommend checking entry requirements for all destinations well in advance of travel.
Wanderspy acts as an agent for travel suppliers and is not responsible for any acts, omissions, or defaults on the part of those suppliers. We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather events, political unrest, or supplier failures. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amounts paid to Wanderspy for the affected services.
If you create an account on our platform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
All content on the Wanderspy website, including text, images, logos, and itineraries, is the property of Wanderspy and may not be reproduced without written permission.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
